The Opportunity

44 years of product excellence. Now it's time for Amazon to reflect that.

Ironwear has built a reputation as a leader in personal protective equipment across safety helmets, hi-vis vests, eyewear, footwear, and flame-resistant apparel. Your Shopify storefront is polished, your product catalog is deep, and your brand is trusted by professionals across industrial, construction, and municipal sectors.

The gap is on Amazon. Your listings don't yet communicate the quality, compliance, and engineering that Ironwear is known for. PPE is a category where trust is everything: buyers need to see certifications, understand features, and feel confident before purchasing equipment their safety depends on. The creative needs to do that heavy lifting.

Why this matters for PPE: Unlike commodity products, safety equipment buyers evaluate compliance standards (ANSI/ISEA, ASTM, NFPA), material construction, and real-world application before purchasing. Every image in your listing needs to communicate trust, durability, and regulatory confidence. The framework we build needs to address all three.
Strategic Approach

Four phases. From framework to full catalog rollout.

Rather than producing one-off listings and hoping for results, we invest in discovering what converts for PPE buyers on Amazon, then apply that framework across your catalog at scale.

01
Months 1 - 4

Hero Image Discovery

We identify the main image approach that maximizes click-through rate for PPE products on Amazon.

  • Test across 3 product categories (e.g. helmet, vest, eyewear)
  • Conceptualize 5 - 15 hero image variants per product
  • Test: studio-style vs. on-model, angle variations, background treatments
  • Pre-validate with AI analysis (Gemini) and PickFu consumer polling
  • Run Amazon A/B experiments (Manage Your Experiments) per test product
  • Deliverable: proven hero image formula per product category
02
Months 2 - 5

Image Stack Framework

We determine the ideal image sequence that communicates features, compliance, and real-world application to drive conversion.

  • Build hypothesis-driven stacks: in-use context, certification callouts, material details, feature breakdowns, cross-sell
  • Test image order, infographic styles, and compliance badge placement
  • Analyze conversion data per iteration and iterate
  • 2 - 3 rounds of optimization until framework is locked
  • Deliverable: PPE-specific listing image playbook, position by position
03
Month 1 (Parallel)

A+ Content, Brand Story & Storefront

Immediate brand credibility. Category-level A+ modules, Brand Story, and a Storefront Landing Page showcasing the full Ironwear lineup.

  • Design A+ Premium Content modules for key product categories
  • Build Brand Story with Ironwear's 44-year heritage and compliance credentials
  • Design Storefront Landing Page with category navigation, brand story, and product showcase
  • Include compliance and certification visual system across all assets
  • Deliverable: A+, Brand Story, and Storefront uploaded and live
04
Month 5+

Scaled Production

Framework locked. New listings and catalog expansion follow the proven formula.

  • Templatized production workflow per product category (helmets, vests, eyewear, etc.)
  • AI-assisted image generation with manual refinement for compliance accuracy
  • Color variation production at reduced per-unit cost
  • Ongoing optimization recommendations based on A/B data
  • Deliverable: complete image sets per SKU, ready to upload
Testing Process

How we validate before we scale

Every creative decision runs through a four-stage validation pipeline before reaching your live listing.

Stage 01

Conceptualize

5 - 30 ideas per round. We explore angles, on-model vs. product-only, infographic styles, and compliance callout formats.

Stage 02

AI Pre-Screen

Gemini image analysis to shortlist concepts with the highest visual clarity and information density for PPE buyers.

Stage 03

PickFu Polling

Real consumer preference testing with targeted respondents. Head-to-head polls and hotspot analysis.

Stage 04

Amazon A/B Test

Manage Your Experiments with live traffic. The only definitive measure. ~4 weeks per test cycle.

Timeline

A realistic view of what to expect

Discovery phases run in parallel. A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront begin immediately. Full-scale production starts once the framework is validated across product categories.

Investment

The upfront investment covers research, testing, and foundation assets. Once the framework is proven, per-listing costs are a fraction of what a traditional PPE listing overhaul would run.

A+ Content, Brand Story & Storefront

Category-level A+ modules, brand heritage story, and full Storefront Landing Page

$4,500
One-time / Month 1 - 2
  • A+ Premium Content modules for key product categories

Scaled Production Pricing

Once the framework is proven, every new listing follows the formula

Once the framework is locked, most new listings follow it directly at a reduced rate. Listings that require dedicated research and strategy (new product categories, different compliance standards) are priced separately. Color variations are produced efficiently from the parent listing assets.

Listing TypeIncludesPer Listing
New listing (with research & strategy) Research, strategy, copy, hero image, full image stack (6 - 8 images), A+ suggestions $2,500
New listing (framework applied) Hero image, full image stack (6 - 8 images), optimized using proven framework $1,500
Color/size variation (per variation) Hero image + catalog images per color, matched to parent listing $240
Bundle: 5+ listings Save 10% Any listing type, committed in a single order 10% off
For context: The 3 ASINs you shared (Raptor 3969 helmet, 1780-L vest, 3085 eyewear) have a combined 17 color variations. Once the framework is proven, producing all three parent listings ($1,500 each) plus 14 color variations ($240 each) would run approximately $7,860 -- compared to $13,800+ under a traditional one-off approach, and with validated creative that's been proven to convert.
What We Need From You

To get started, we need a few things

Immediate next steps

  1. Confirm the 3 test products -- the Raptor 3969, 1780-L, and 3085 are a great starting set across helmets, vests, and eyewear. If your team prefers different SKUs, let us know.
  2. Share brand assets -- logo files, brand guidelines, compliance badge artwork, and any existing lifestyle or studio photography you'd like us to reference or build from.
  3. Provide Seller Central access -- we need access to run A/B experiments, upload A+ Content, and build Storefront pages. We'll walk you through the exact permissions.
  4. Schedule a kickoff call -- reply to this proposal and we'll set up 30 minutes to align on timelines, creative direction, and priorities before we begin.
Why Pinestel

We don't guess. We test, validate, and then scale.

Pinestel specializes exclusively in Amazon and e-commerce creative: listing images, A+ Premium Content, Brand Story, storefronts, and product photography. Our conversion-focused approach is built on a framework we call the Decision Curve, mapping every image to a specific stage of the buyer's journey on Amazon.

Ironwear's catalog depth and product complexity is exactly the kind of challenge our process is built for. PPE buyers don't impulse purchase. They evaluate, compare, and verify. Our job is to make sure your listings answer every question before it's asked, through visuals that communicate quality, compliance, and real-world performance.

Looking forward to building this with you, Maddie.
